Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in
advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where
required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
You authorize us (or our
payment processor) to charge the payment method provided for all applicable fees.
Taxes may apply.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also
subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share
information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices described
there.
Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own all right,
title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, materials, logos, and
trademarks. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no license or other
rights are granted.

is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted
by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
Termination
You may stop using the
Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or
create risk or possible legal exposure for us.
